Glad you enjoyed our book. We did think about digital story as a possibility for the text, but length limitations and our relative inexperience with this application (neither Allen or I have used these in classrooms, though we both have created/published digital stories) prevented us from including more on them. Wish we could have. There are a host of technologies I would like to see covered with the same framework, including more on social networking and your specialty, wikis, though we hit both of these briefly in multiple chapters.
