As a professor of English (2007-2016) and education (2016-present) at Central Michigan University, as the director of the Chippewa River Writing Project, and in my consulting roles, I have taught a variety of single sessions, multi-session workshops, and entire courses in topics that include writing methods and technology for pre-service teachers, seminars for CMU honors students, as well as seminars and capstone projects at the master’s and doctoral level.
The syllabi here represent a continual “work in progress,” as I am constantly working to refine my approaches to teaching, both face-to-face and online, as well as in “real time” and “any time.” If you are interested in seeing and of the specific assignments from recent courses (2019 – present), please contact me.
